Family Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Family Support Professional to join our team in The Vale of Glamorgan Council. As a key member of our family support services, you will be responsible for supporting families to achieve their goals and manage care and protection plans.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes and make a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Requirements:- A recognised Degree or Diploma in Social Work.
- Registration with Social Care Wales.
- Experience working with children, young people, and families with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of The Children Act and other child care legislation and standards.
