Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archive Coordinator to join our Central Archive Team at Eurofins UK Forensic Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for storing, retrieving, and archiving casefiles, as well as maintaining electronic records and liaising with end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store and retrieve casefiles in a secure and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using specialist software
  • Liaise with end users to resolve queries and issues related to archiving
  • Work in accordance with Health and Safety and Quality requirements
Requirements
  • Experience of complex filing or archive systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
