Key Responsibilities
  • Store and retrieve casefiles in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using specialist software.
  • Liaise with end-users to resolve queries and issues related to archiving.
  • Work in accordance with Health and Safety and Quality requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience of complex filing or archive systems is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability are essential.
  • Good organisational and communication skills are required.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude is necessary to work independently and as part of a team.
