The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our Landowner Management (LOAM) team. As the Head of Landowner Partnerships, you will oversee all day-to-day relationships with landowners, site teams, and rights holders, as well as being an integral part in the delivery of our summer live pop-up events.

The role currently has two reports, Account Manager – Retail and Account Manager – Sport. However, there is ambition to grow the team further, and the new Head of Landowner Partnerships will be the lead in filling future roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the senior management team in the delivery of all CScreens events, commercial partnerships, and activations.

• Lead and manage the LOAM team, helping them to run their sectors and deliver exceptional results.

• Act as the internal knowledge hub for all CScreens channels and events, providing expertise and guidance to colleagues.

• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Estate Director to create knowledge hubs and serve as the internal point of contact for all other teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech.

• Take the lead on external communications around event and activation delivery, supporting Account Managers in project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a team working across different skill sets and job roles, with a track record of collaboration and achieving desired results.

• Strong relationships with landowners, site teams, sporting rights holders, and stakeholders, with the ability to adapt communication and management style to suit the situation.

• Excellent stakeholder management, with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the events space.

• Strong written skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.

• High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to work with contractors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A passion for sport, with a knowledge of major sporting events and an understanding of the broadcasting landscape.

• Calm under pressure, with the ability to think laterally and solve complex problems.
