Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Event Strategist to join our Digital Bids team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events worldwide, including conferences, Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and corporate hospitality functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Create and manage targeted invitation lists for events
  • Forecast and propose annual event budgets
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, CAB meetings, and corporate hospitality events
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and speakers
  • Collaborate with marketing to create cohesive event branding and messaging
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for events
  • Set and track attendance targets for each event
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event planning techniques
  • Propose and implement improvements to event planning processes
