Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies aligned with company objectives and goals.
  • Create and manage targeted invitation lists for events, ensuring a diverse and relevant audience.
  • Forecast and propose annual event budgets, taking into account regional differences and logistical complexities.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate conferences, CAB meetings, and corporate hospitality events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including vendor relationships and supplier management.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and speakers, fostering relationships and securing top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create cohesive event branding and messaging, aligning with company values and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for events, tracking attendance, engagement, and overall success.
  • Set and track attendance targets for each event, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate budget utilization efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event planning techniques, applying best practices to enhance event quality and impact.
  • Propose and implement improvements to event planning processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
