About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Community Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners by providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our Retirement Living development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners.
  • Organise activities, co-ordinate the development, manage contractors, complete health and safety checks, and more.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for excellent customer service and a love of working with people. You should have experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. This position is ideally suited to someone who loves to work 'front of house' and is focused on providing a first-class customer service with excellent administration skills.
