* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to lighting and energy monitoring systems, employing troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify faults efficiently.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate energy monitoring solutions into existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
* Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including installation records, troubleshooting reports, and integration documentation.
* Provide technical support to clients, offering guidance on system usage, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in electrical panels and some electrical installation, with a focus on energy monitoring systems.
* Relevant electrical certifications and energy monitoring technologies.
* Strong understanding of energy management principles and sustainable practices.
* Full driving licence.
* Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
* Experience with the installation and maintenance of energy monitoring hardware and software.
* Familiarity with data communication protocols used in energy monitoring systems (Modbus, Mbus, MQTT).
* Understanding of IT networking.
* Project management skills to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
