Calm search are seeking an experienced Handyman Technician to join their team in the Dundee / Perth / Arbroath area.

Job Summary

This is a 40-hour per week role offering building maintenance services across various disciplines, including commercial premises, particularly the retail sector.

As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a mix of PPM and reactive building works, including:

  • Brickwork repairs to walls
  • Floor repairs to vinyl and ceramic tiles
  • Car Park / yard works
  • Painting and decorating tasks
  • Minor painting repairs

You will also be required to carry out plumbing and drainage work.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, paid travel time, overtime opportunities, a company van, and a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days' holiday, pension, and private health care.
