Technician/Handyman

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Handyperson to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies working around the Dundee / Perth / Arbroath area.
The Handyperson is a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.
The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:
Brickwork - repairs to walls
Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
Car Park / yard works
Pa i nt i n g an d decorating
~ Carry out minor painting repairs


Plu m b i n g and drainage
40-hour week
Paid travel time
Overtime
