Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and companionship to our clients. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will work independently, supporting clients with daily activities and providing emotional support when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Aiding with daily activities, including personal care tasks
- Assisting with light household chores and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and social events
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
- Valid full driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
£12.50 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience
