**E-Billing Analyst - 6 Month FTC**
We are excited to be partnering with our clients in the finance sector as they seek to expand their Global E-Billing team with a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role will play a crucial part in helping to manage a back-log and drive the success of the function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the shared e-billing email inbox, researching and resolving questions and forwarding queries to the responsible E-billing Analyst as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on e-billing queries.
- Assist with the maintenance of e-billing invoices, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Submit accrual figures into client online portals.
- Support e-billing maintenance exercises to ensure accurate recording of timekeeper rates in the system.
- Deal with any ad-hoc enquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance function, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Comfortable with technology and using different web-based portals.
- Knowledge of E-Billing systems (e.g., TyMetrix, Passport, Collaborati, Counsel Link) is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
