As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing social, emotional, and academic support to students with learning difficulties and mental health challenges. You will work closely with a small group of eight pupils, helping them develop their interpersonal and communication skills, while also supporting their growth in numeracy and literacy.
