About Beams and the Role

We're Beams, a pioneering company transforming home renovation with a tech-first approach. Our mission is to deliver a simpler and greener experience for homeowners and contractors.

As Head of Growth, you'll join our team of innovators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our next phase of growth, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and implement strategies for rapid customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy, prioritizing opportunities for business expansion.
  • Foster customer-centricity, including acquisition, conversion, and referral initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure growth initiative alignment.
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand to establish Beams as a leader in the home renovation space.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness, promoting a culture of testing and iteration for growth.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in driving growth for a startup, scaleup, or fast-growing company.
  • Data-driven with a passion for metrics, continuously improving processes.
  • A strong bias for action, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric, able to translate customer insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of growth marketing channels, including advertising, SEO, partnerships, and CRM.
  • Proficient in analytics platforms and familiar with marketing automation tools.

Benefits and Package:

Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
