Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced clinical expertise and workflow analysis for report configuration, end-to-end testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide product feedback and feature requests.
  • Participate in Clinical Validations Testing for software releases.
  • Develop and deliver training to teams on software releases.
  • Drive process change to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Sonographer, Technologist, or Nurse degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in medical technology, devices, or healthcare industry, with a focus on Cardiology.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Registration in one or more of the following: RDCS, RVT, or RN Cardiac.
What We Offer
  • $93,000.00 – $108,000.00 annually (depending on experience) + 10% Bonus opportunity.
