Senior Property Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking two Senior Surveyors to join our Housing, Property and Corporate Assets Team. As a Senior Surveyor, you will manage a diverse caseload of property work, contributing to the effective and efficient use of the Council's property assets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of property work, including let and corporate estates.
- Explore opportunities to effectively manage income, maximise rental and capital opportunities, and reduce operating costs.
- Work with partners and stakeholders across all sectors, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
About You:
You should have full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and experience working in a local authority property environment or the commercial sector.
