Phonics Specialist

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phonics Specialist to support the KS1 students in a thriving Primary School in Shropshire and Telford.

• Plan and prepare engaging lesson materials, utilizing provided resources, to deliver phonics sessions in line with the RWI scheme.
• Develop activities that cater to the needs of KS1 students, ensuring a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the school to enhance the learning journey of students, promoting confidence, caring, and a love for learning.

• Experience in delivering phonics sessions and a deep understanding of the KS1 and EYFS curriculum.
• Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent experience in EYFS.
• SEND Certificate and other Phonics training qualifications are beneficial.

• On-site parking and in-house training opportunities to enhance professional development.
