Phonics Specialist

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phonics Specialist to join their team in a Primary School in Shropshire and Telford. The school is an independent primary school with a strong vision to inspire every child with an enriching and challenging learning journey.

• Plan and prepare lesson materials to support KS1 students
• Deliver phonics sessions with a strong understanding of the KS1 and EYFS curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement phonics programs

• Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent experience
• SEND Certificate and other Phonics training qualifications beneficial

• On-site parking
• In-house and national accredited training to enhance professional development
