Chef - Melton Mowbray

You'll be part of a collaborative kitchen team, working with fresh ingredients and a customer-led menu to deliver high-quality dishes. Your role will involve preparing and presenting food to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.


You'll report to the Head Chef, assisting with menu preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, able to work at pace with minimal supervision.
