Culinary Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure that they are trained and equipped to meet the needs of the business
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked at all times
• Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the business is running smoothly and efficiently

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
