Job Role: Therapeutic Project Worker

As a Therapeutic Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people to overcome significant challenges and build brighter futures. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and encourage young people to progress towards their full potential, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's overall strategy and approach.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of therapeutic care and support.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues and other professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
