About the Role:

White Trees Group is a leading provider of residential care for vulnerable and complex young people. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This will involve working closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the best possible support to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person's needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that young people receive consistent and high-quality support.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure that your skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
