Keyworker Specialist

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Keyworker Team, providing critical support to children, young people, and adults with ASD and learning difficulties who require additional and complex support.
The Keyworker Team employs a multi-agency approach, working collaboratively with children, young people, adults, and families/carers to deliver a co-ordinated, person-centred, and outcome-focused approach to planning and support.

Requirements- Experience of working with children who have complex needs and their families.
- Understanding of statutory requirements for children and young people across the various agencies including education, health, and social care.
- An understanding of the barriers and challenges parents may face when trying to support the needs of their child.
