Job Title: Digital Performance Media Planner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Media Planner to join our team in London. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that media planning is completed within the sales policy and deals are reported in accordance with the agreement between Paramount and the client.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pull together multi-market media plans and provide sound recommendations to the sales team.
  2. Work closely with Linear & Digital Operations teams to ensure feasibility of deals and run hypothetical rating analysis for the client.
  3. Update the sales team's forecasted deals in our planning systems and keep the booking systems updated with the latest deal details.
  4. Chase copy for campaigns with the agency/client and communicate all requirements for the execution of the media portion of the deal.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and liaise with the operations teams to provide potential optimizations or solutions and feed these back to the sales team.
  6. Compile post-campaign reports with supporting analysis and opportunities for further deals.
  7. Assist in client research to gather information from external sources and regions, as well as assist in sales pitch planning & help build presentations.
  8. Report to the Director and provide assistance to the VP/AD/AM in account management, service, reporting, and strategy.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years' experience working in an Ad Sales or media planning role.
  2. Knowledge of the advertising process for direct digital and TV.
  3. Knowledge of how to plan UK and Intl linear and/or digital media.
  4. Proficient in the advanced features of Excel.
