Job Title: Digital Performance Media Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Media Planner to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that media planning is completed within the sales policy and deals are reported in accordance with the agreement between Paramount and the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull together multi-market media plans and provide sound recommendations to the sales team.
  • Work closely with Linear and Digital Operations teams to ensure feasibility of deals and run hypothetical rating analysis for the client.
  • Ensure that sales teams' forecasted deals are updated in our planning systems and keep the booking systems updated with the latest deal details.
  • Chase copy for campaigns with the agency/client and communicate all requirements for the execution of the media portion of the deal.
  • Monitor campaign performance and liaise with the operations teams to provide potential optimizations or solutions and feed these back to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the Operations teams to compile post-campaign reports with supporting analysis and opportunities for further deals.
  • From time to time, be involved in client research to gather information from external sources and regions, as well as assisting in sales pitch planning and help build presentations.
  • Report to the Director and provide assistance to the VP/AD/AM in account management, service, reporting, and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience working in an Ad Sales or media planning role.
  • Knowledge of international markets is preferable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the advertising process for direct digital and TV.
  • Knowledge of how to plan UK and Intl linear and/or digital media.
  • Knowledge of programmatic is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient in the advanced features of Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work to deadlines.
