Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients by providing expert guidance on health and safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety initiatives

Requirements:
• Proven experience in health and safety management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000
