Job Description

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Remote (UK)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the educational and spiritual development of our students. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and provide individualized support to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-on-one support to students
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Participate in religious activities and events to support the spiritual life of the school community
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Practicing Catholic or strong interest in Catholic education and values
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of RWI Phonics Scheme (Read, Write, Ink)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required
