The successful candidate will be responsible for operating wood cutting machines to create high-quality hardwood sofa frames. Key responsibilities include learning and understanding frame design and specifications, ensuring high-quality frame assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the candidate will learn the importance of timber and environmental issues, as well as the polishing of show wood. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a good attitude, character, and resilience, with a keen interest in working with hands and being creative. No formal qualifications are required, and we offer a competitive salary, 28 days paid holidays, and a structured training program. Opportunities for progression are also available.
