We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding UK team at BGL Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our client success team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' success with our award-winning software solutions.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support, onboarding, and proactive guidance to our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, helping them maximise the value of BGL products and achieve their desired outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver the highest quality of client success.

We provide our team members with ample training and resources to assist them in being successful in their role and ongoing training opportunities to assist them.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in customer service, client success, or account management (preferably within SaaS or technology sectors). You should have great communication skills—both written and verbal.

You should also have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client needs. Technical know-how or experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
