Hospitality Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Service Specialist to join our team at Cricketers Inn. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

  • Welcome and engage every guest in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink with precision and care.
  • Make personalized recommendations to elevate guests' experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old as the position involves the sale of alcohol.

Estimated Salary: £19,500 - £22,000 per annum
