Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Education Assistant to join our team at Randstad UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment helping students who have been excluded from mainstream school environments achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working within SEN departments/students and hold a relevant subject matter degree. They must also have an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply.

Key Responsibilities
The SEN Education Assistant will work closely with teachers to deliver the set curriculum both inside and outside the classroom environment. They will create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes academic growth and meets the individual learning needs of pupils.

Salary Estimate: £25-£35 per hour, based on national averages and location.
