About the Role

As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed, prepared, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations. You will work closely with the packing and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging & Dispatch: Receive and process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Vehicle Loading/Unloading: Load and unload vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Paperwork Management: Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, shipping documentation, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Yard Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse yard, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
  • A valid Counterbalance B1 or B2 Forklift License and previous forklift experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of employee benefits, including pension, holidays, and bank holidays.
