Job Title: E-Commerce Growth Leader

Bloom Careers is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to accelerate sales, drive revenue, and enhance brand identity.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury branding and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic brand development and planning. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales results, trends, and market needs to inform brand strategy, leading the visual direction for the brand, and contributing to new product launch strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and improve brand recognition.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform brand strategy and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the visual direction for the brand, including key content briefs and main campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new product launch strategies.
  • Deliver engaging advertising across all brand and content-led channels, coordinating PR, experiential events, media opportunities, brand collaborations, social media, influencer engagement, promotions, and advertising.

Based in North London, this role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £72,000 - £82,000 + bonus and benefits (salary negotiable). We are looking for a visionary marketer who can shape the future of our brand and drive business growth.
