Job Summary

We are currently seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • No previous experience necessary, full training provided
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
  • Wanting to make a difference in care and use their skill set and experience to help those who need care and support
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • The right to work in the UK
What We Offer
  • Excellent rates of pay £13.00- £13.50 + Pension + Holiday Pay (This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of £15.01-£15.58 per hour)
