**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling adults to live their best lives. As a Support Worker, you will work within residential, respite, community, and supported living settings, supporting individuals facing challenges related to Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, and Behavioural difficulties.

Shifts can be days, nights, or sleeps to assist with 24-hour support, offering flexibility and stability. You will benefit from regular shifts combined with the freedom to choose when you work.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience within adult or children's support settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships
  • Experience of individual support planning
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle


**Estimated Salary:** £18-22 per hour, depending on experience and location.
