About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Creative Gardens Donaghadee. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting our Group Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Group Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent customer service
