We are proud to offer a Trainee Bus Driver position at our Hinckley depot, where you will be the heart of the community. Whether it is getting commuters to work, helping customers with daily tasks or getting children to school, you will be connecting our customers to what matters to them.

Our Hinckley depot provides bus services across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and surrounding areas. The fleet consists of coaches, single and double decker buses.

Rates of Pay:

We offer competitive hourly rates, including:

£11.44 whilst in training

£12.42 (Mon-Sat) up to 6 months of continuous service; Sunday £13.32 per hour

£13.80 (Mon-Sat) with more than 6 months service; Sunday £14.80 per hour

Double time on bank holidays once training is completed

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment
  • Great people skills
  • Flexibility as your shifts will start as early as 4AM in the morning but will always work no later than 1AM depending on the time that you start
