Senior Adult Care Professional Lead

At Creative Support, we believe in empowering our residents to live fulfilling lives. As a Senior Adult Care Professional Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals who provide person-centred care to older adults living in our extra care housing. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that we deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of each resident.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult social care, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of older people. You will also have the ability to lead and manage a team of care professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality care.

We estimate that the salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
