Engineering Manager Position

Are you looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development? We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Tecrec (Engineering Recruitment Specialists) Ltd.

**Job Summary**

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Engineering Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Westend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of mobile engineers across London and around 30 multi-tenanted commercial sites around the Westend, Central London.
* Review engineer job sheets to ensure quality of detail and adherence to best practice and SFG 20.
* Work closely with the PPM coordinator and reactive coordinator to ensure jobs are prioritized in line with contract SLAs and KPI percentages are kept high.
* Conduct team meetings with engineers to discuss progress and address any issues.
* Collaborate with the TSM and Service Delivery manager to ensure compliance is up to date.

**Requirements**

* Experience and qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
