About the Job

We partner with a prominent national healthcare service provider to offer specialized inpatient rehabilitation and complex disability management services for individuals aged 18+ with conditions such as acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and neuroprogressive disorders.

  • Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Nutrition Care Planning: Create customized care plans that cater to individual health requirements, cultural aspects, and dietary preferences.
  • Documentation and Monitoring: Ensure accurate documentation and regular monitoring of patient progress.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with community teams, nursing staff, and catering departments to implement successful nutrition strategies and manage dining operations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • Registration with the HCPC and a degree in Dietetics or a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics.
