Job Overview
HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nutrition Specialist to join our team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers, providing exceptional care and support to patients in acute settings.

Salary Information
The salary for this position ranges from £26.35 per hour, dependent on shift and experience. As a Bank employee, you will have first refusal on a range of shifts across our network of hospitals, all rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing expert nutrition support to critically ill patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. You will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing effective feeding strategies, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A BSc Degree in Dietetics or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of complex enteral and parenteral nutrition, particularly in surgical and oncology settings
* Experience working in critical care environments, including ITU and haematology units
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and families
