Global Director of Fundraising

At Fauna & Flora International (FFI), we are seeking a visionary leader to drive our fundraising strategy forward. As Global Director of Fundraising, you will lead the strategic planning and delivery for fundraising globally across all income streams, including principal and major gifts, supporter marketing, statutory funding, corporate, and trusts and foundations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve our global fundraising goals.
  • Lead a talented team of fundraisers, empowering and inspiring them to innovate and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
