Job Title: Residential Sales Consultant - Mumbles

About Us: John Francis Estate Agent has been serving the property needs of customers since 1873. With an extensive 19-strong branch network throughout West Wales, we provide a wide range of services to help you achieve your property goals.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Mumbles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Estimated Salary: £28,000+ per annum, depending on experience and performance. A negotiable basic salary with uncapped commission will be discussed during the interview process.
