We are seeking an experienced Chartered Project Engineer with at least 3 years post chartership relevant experience. This role is ideal for a professional who is committed to personal development and training, with the ability to manage projects with modest supervision.

The successful candidate will have the ability to exercise engineering judgement and make independent decisions, with a strong focus on project management and staff leadership.

  • Management of projects, including resourcing and work planning;
  • Design: preparation of design calculations following company procedures;
  • Training: taking responsibility for own training and personal development;
  • Health & Safety: ensuring awareness of risks associated with site visits and preparing risk assessments;
  • Commercial Awareness: understanding the need for projects to be profitable and monitoring financial performance;

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team efficiently and professionally. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
