About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in a stunning site in Alderley Edge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading and developing the team, while delivering exceptional service consistently.

  • Menu development, stock management, and creative flair

Requirements
  • Proven experience in conference, banqueting, and events
  • Previous kitchen experience is required
