Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Video Editing: Create and edit long-form and short-form videos for various social platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to our timelines and guidelines.
* Motion Design: Develop and produce motion graphics for a variety of digital content, including social media posts, marketing campaigns, explainer videos, dynamic and engaging GIFs, animated logos, and more.
* Brand Alignment: Ensure all video and motion design work aligns with the brand's identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
* Subtitling all video content, and maintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
* Working to deadlines and being able to turn around a project quickly.
* Taking our editorial video to the next level, by continually developing and improving the quality of our videos.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in video editing and motion graphics design, animation experience is a plus.
* Skilled in Adobe Premiere & After Effects, with any additional motion graphics software. Additional skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing and motion design work, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working within brand guidelines, ensuring that designs and video adhere to and enhance established brand identities.
* Experience of editing content for social media, ideally across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with designers, content writers, marketing teams, and other video editors.
* Be conscious of spelling on content and maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
* Knowledge of cryptocurrency, Web3, or financial services, is also desirable.
