About the Role:

Lime Search & Select Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Consultant to join our Financial Services team. As a Junior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the Financial Planning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Meet with potential new clients to understand their financial planning needs and provide tailored advice.
  2. Investment Advice: Provide high-quality investment advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations and firm standards.
  3. Client Retention: Maintain and grow our existing client base, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  4. Professional Network: Develop and maintain a strong network of professional connections within the Financial Services sector.
  5. Product Development: Identify opportunities to enhance our investment propositions and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong background in Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning/Financial Advice
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector, preferably within an IFA firm
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning
