Lead Outsourcing & Business Services Manager

Fletcher George Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Outsourcing & Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that drive growth and efficiency to our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement cloud-based solutions for clients, including management accounts, annual budget preparation, and statutory accounts.
  3. Lead a talented team, offering mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure the highest levels of motivation, team learning, and performance.
  4. Oversee the implementation of cloud accounting software, such as Xero, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
