Outsourcing & Business Services Manager

Fletcher George Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Outsourcing & Business Services Manager to lead a team in delivering solutions that drive growth and efficiency to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage management accounts, annual budget preparation, statutory accounts, and Quarterly Vat Returns.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions for clients and lead various ad-hoc projects.
  • Oversee a talented team, offering mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure high levels of motivation, team learning, and performance.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ICAS/ACCA Qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience managing team members and clients in a Practice environment.
  • Advanced IT skills, including expertise in Excel and cloud accounting software such as Xero.
  • A keen interest in accounting technology and process innovation.

What We Offer:

  • A salary band of £58,000 - £65,000.
