About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Management leader to join our team as Director of Client Service Management, Audio Visual. This role is a critical part of our Global Services organisation, responsible for supporting a select group of Kinly's largest customers in designing, deploying, and managing estate-wide standardised audio-visual, unified communications, and collaboration technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute global strategies for Managed Onsite (MOS) services, collaborating with the GS management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project management, technical, support services, and service delivery teams.
  • Team Management: Lead a global team of 10 direct reports, including Client Service Managers, and work closely with the HR Business Partner to define recruitment objectives and implement HR policy.
  • Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the GS MOS P&L and develop revenue growth strategies for Client Service Management.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of management experience, with well-honed leadership skills and the ability to influence and gain credibility quickly across a diverse business.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute with a good understanding of AV service contracts or comparable IT commercial experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create and deliver client presentations.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised and excellent scheduling and time management capabilities.
